Dr. Asif Ali, a highly regarded cardiovascular specialist, is a vital member of the Houston Cardiology Consultants team. With a wealth of knowledge and expertise, he has played a pivotal role in the practice's expansion into the Memorial / Spring Branch areas of Houston.
Dr. Asif Ali completed his Cardiology fellowship at McGovern Medical School, further enhancing his credentials and skills. Since completing his fellowship, he has maintained a Clinical Assistant Professorship at McGovern Medical School, actively contributing to medical education and research.
As a member of the national health technology advisory group at the American Heart Association, Dr. Asif Ali plays a prominent role in shaping the future of cardiovascular healthcare on a national scale.

Dr. Sajid Ali
Interventional Cardiology Specialist
Dr. Sajid Ali is a distinguished Interventional Cardiovascular Specialist at Houston Cardiology Consultants, bringing a wealth of expertise and experience to our practice. He completed his interventional cardiology fellowship at Wayne State University in the Detroit Medical Center. He served as the Chief Resident in internal medicine and also as Chief Cardiology Fellow at Wayne State.
Currently a Clinical Teaching Physician at the University of Houston College of Medicine, Dr. Sajid Ali has held esteemed positions in the academic field, previously serving as an associate professor at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. His dedication to medical education and research is unwavering.
Dr. Sajid Ali is also actively involved in overseeing experimental trials and publishes his findings in academic publications, contributing to the advancement of cardiovascular healthcare. As a thought leader in the field, he is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of knowledge and care in cardiology.
